Safety & consent
This is an adult marketplace with narrow, non-negotiable rules. They exist to keep every person in every photo an adult who chose to be there.
Age
You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — to use Scent of Her at all. Every account confirms this at sign-up. Any credible report that a person shown is under 18 freezes the account instantly, pending investigation, and is referred onwards where the law requires it.
Consent and ownership of images
A seller may upload only photographs of herself, taken by or with the knowledge of herself. That means:
- No photographs of any other person, clothed or not, ever.
- No images taken from elsewhere on the internet, from another seller, or from a stock library.
- No images of a former partner, friend or anyone who has not consented — this is the rule we enforce most aggressively.
If you find your own image used by someone else here, report it and it comes down the same day.
What may be sold
Panties, bras and socks only. That is the entire catalogue — panties of any cut (briefs, thongs, G-strings, boyshorts, high-waist), bras and bralettes, socks, and sets combining any of them. Nothing else may be listed: no swimwear, sportswear, hosiery, shoes, other clothing, or non-clothing items of any kind.
Listings outside those categories are removed on sight, and a seller who keeps trying loses the account. Keeping the marketplace to one narrow thing is what lets buyers trust it and what keeps our rules enforceable.
Content limits
- Worn panties, bras and socks photographed on the body are the point of the site and are fine.
- Explicit nudity — exposed genitals — is not permitted in listing photos.
- No faces of anyone other than the seller, and the seller need never show her own.
- No bodily fluids beyond what the category inherently implies, no references to minors in any wording, no violence.
Privacy protections we build in
- Uploaded photos are re-encoded and stripped of all metadata, including GPS location, before storage.
- Delivery addresses are visible only to the seller shipping that order.
- Shipping evidence is never public and is served only to the buyer, the seller and moderators.
- Parcels must be shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
- We do not embed third-party fonts, analytics or advertising trackers.
Staying safe as a seller
- Use a nickname. Nothing requires your legal name to be public.
- Do not include identifying detail in photos — house numbers, post, tattoos you would rather not be traced by, reflections.
- Consider a post office box or a parcel locker as your return address.
- Keep conversation and payment on terms you control, and stop dealing with anyone who pushes past a boundary.
Reporting
Anyone — buyer, seller, or a passer-by who recognises a photo — can file a report. Reports about suspected minors or non-consensual images bypass the queue entirely.
