Terms of service

These terms are a working starting point written for this platform’s model. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review them before you take real money.

1. Who may use Scent of Her

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and it must be lawful for you to buy or sell adult goods where you are. Accounts found to belong to a minor are deleted and referred onwards as the law requires.

2. What we are

Scent of Her is an introduction service. Sellers list items; buyers order them; payment happens directly between buyer and seller. We are not a party to the sale, do not take custody of goods or funds, and are not a payment processor, escrow agent or shipper.

3. What may be sold

Scent of Her is a marketplace for pre-owned panties, bras and socks only. No other item may be listed — this includes socks, stockings, hosiery, swimwear, sportswear, footwear, other clothing and any non-clothing item. Listings outside the permitted categories are removed without notice and repeated attempts close the account.

4. Seller obligations

• List only panties, bras and socks, in one of the published categories.
• Every photograph you upload must be of you, and you must be an adult in it. Uploading an image of any other person is grounds for immediate permanent removal.
• Describe items honestly, including wear time.
• Ship within 120 hours of payment, in plain unbranded packaging.
• File a shipping receipt and a photo of the sealed parcel for every order.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you, including declaring income where required.

5. Buyer obligations

• Pay promptly using the seller’s published method.
• Give an accurate delivery address.
• Understand that items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Do not contact, pressure, dox or harass a seller.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

No minors in any form; no images of any person other than the seller; no explicit nudity in listings; no non-consensual imagery; no items outside the permitted categories; no illegal goods; no impersonation; no scraping; no attempt to move a dispute off-platform to escape the evidence rules.

7. Commission

Sellers owe 10% of the item price on each order. It accrues on your balance. Once the balance reaches €10.00, buyer contact details on new orders are withheld until the balance is settled. The threshold and rate may change with notice; changes are not retroactive.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account for breach of these terms. A report on an order with no shipping evidence filed after the deadline results in automatic suspension. We may retain order records and shipping evidence after termination for dispute resolution and legal obligations.

9. Disputes

Disputes between buyer and seller are theirs to resolve. We will adjudicate on the filed evidence, restrict or remove accounts, and provide records to the parties. We do not refund, reimburse or guarantee any transaction.

10. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from transactions between users, from goods sold, and from any interruption of the service.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
